Love Taylor guitars. The 214ce is a perfect example of amazing tone and sound but without breaking the bank. Koa wood back and sides add a nice depth to this acoustic and the electronics are simple and easy to use. An amazing guitar for under $1000.

Taylor has taken their popular 214 model and added the beauty of koa! This versatile body style is great for pick playing or fingerpicking as well. It's electronics provide a naturalistic tone when amplified and make for a professional sounding instrument at a reasonable price. The neck is very comfortable and plays great, and the cutaway makes it easier to access the upper frets. This is a great way to enjoy the visual and sonic beauty of koa without spending a ton of money.

This is one of the best all around acoustics for the price. It is well suited to live and studio situations due to the quality of sound and the excellent ES-2 taylor expression system. If you need a reliable acoustic that does everything you need without breaking the bank, check this guitar out.
