Since 1985, Hartke has become a name recognized world-wide for revolutionizing bass amplification. Their original unique aluminum cone speakers recognizable by the distinctive silver cones® produced a distinct bass tone with a broader musical range than previously heard, inspiring a new generation of bass players with their articulate low-end and extended mids and highs. Designing the amplification for the ideal marriage of power to speaker cabinet was the next natural step for Hartke.
Ideal for Hartke bass cabinets, Hartke bass amps seamlessly integrate with other bass cabinet combinations as well. They combine the best of tube and solid-state technologies and have proven their durability and versatility on the road and in the studio. Additional features include new, intuitive front panel controls including tone and dynamics, allowing for instant adjustments when needed.
With multiple series to choose from you'll have no problem finding the perfect combination of bass amplification and cabinet.
HyDrive Bass Speakers
HyDrive Speakers comprise Hartke's latest innovation in bass cabinet design. In fact, HyDrive is so innovative it has been issued a US Patent. One of the most important features of Hydrive speaker design is its power-to-weight ratio which weighs 40% less than traditional speakers and, due to the aluminum frame and neodymium magnets, runs cooler during operation for increased reliability. Their hybrid speaker design fuses aluminum and paper together for the perfect marriage of clean, warm tones and punchy, robust attacks. Now you can cut through a mix but still retain that warm, rounded presence.
XL Bass Speakers
What made Hartke famous? The trademarked aluminum cone drivers® of course. The XL Series Cabinets fully represent the technology that made them famous for their clear, wide-range tone and punchy attack characteristics. All XL bass speaker cabinets are specifically tuned and calibrated to produce the smooth response and performance required on the road and studio alike.
AK Series Bass Speaker Cabinets
For those that desire the tonality of a classic bass speaker, the AK Series by Hartke represents a return to traditional paper cone drivers. Naturally warm and colored, these full-range rugged AK's have the added twist of a 1-inch titanium compression driver to help round out the upper frequencies.
The Hartke Kilo is the top dog for Hartke bass amps. It combines ground-shaking power with Hartke's classic sound, a great interface, additional tonal flexibility, and an all-tube Class-A preamp circuitry.
LH Series amplifiers can be considered the ideal mate for the hybrid HyDrive cabinets. They feature a Class-A tube front-end with a solid-state output, some tone shelving controls for quick adjustments with a little more funk, and additional limiter switches to keep your power under control.
HA Series Amplifiers
Live, on stage everywhere, the classic Hartke amp series is back in classic black. One of the most popular bass amp series in history combines unique design technologies for all levels of bassists. From panel compression and EQ with instant LED feedback, to tube emulation and blend able Class-A tube/Solid-State circuitry.
Hartke Combo Bass Amplifiers
From ultra-portable single drivers to stage 4-way configurations, these integrated combo amplifiers range from practice to performance and incorporate the best of Hartke technologies. From slant back solid-state head “kickback” combos with classic aluminum cone drivers, to the tube head HyDrive combos that incorporate the latest hybrid drivers. Whatever your bass needs, you'll find an ideal solution with this great selection.
