Great hard case for your RIC

There are literally no after market cases for RICs since they all come with a case when new. This is a not a form fitting case similar to what comes with a new RIC guitar purchase. It is sized to fit many models. I found that it had room for a slightly wider body. I have a few extra pads to stop any jiggling when I'm transporting. One of the locked latches can be popped open if I'm not careful. Thankfully I found that out before any accident. I have to hold the key button over while I clasp the latch to get it to seat perfect. The other one is fine as is the center non-locking latch. To be safe I always carry with the handle on the outside so if it does unexpectedly open it will hit my leg. That's something I've been doing for years so it's second nature. All in all for the price I paid (sale priced and free shipping) it was a great value. The latch issue is why it got only 4 stars.

The case came with a latch that didn't work quite right. When I first contacted them I got no response. I tried a second time and the person helping was all over it. This is a beautiful case.

This is a well-made case but it fits really really tight on the 360 Ricken Bacher guitar I don't think it would fit a 660 12 string guitar before you buy try to find one and see if your guitar will fit. Although Sam Ash has a really good return policy
