I bought a much cheaper ukulele years ago and was disappointed to find that it wouldn't stay in tune no matter what I tried. This ukulele is beautiful, has a soothing tone, and stays perfectly in tune after I gave the new strings a bit of a stretch. I can't put it down and I'm very much enjoying learning how to play on this instrument. I can't recommend it enough.

Reasonably priced, very good quality product. I bought this for my daughter because I didn't want her to be discouraged by the frustration of playing a poorly made instrument. Good action on the fretboard and a beautiful, bright sound. Easy to play and the satin blue is a nice color.

On my old uke I had to strum really loud. This one the only thing I use to strum is my thumb and I don't get any blisters! **above review written by my 10 year old daughter you is self taught on ukelele and proved to be really talented. We went to Sam ash to upgrade from her first cheaper ukelele and not only is the Fender a high quality musical instrument, it is designed by Grace V which sold her immediately and made it very special for her.

Struggles to stay in tune, but overall it doesn't feel or look cheap at all. The sound is a bit muffled, but that can presumably be fixed with higher quality strings. The matte blue color with the gold hardware is beautiful. Overall a good purchase.
