This bass blew my mind.

I did my routine Guitar Center walk-in where I check out what's new and I tried new Spectra bass by Jackson (because I am(or was) a Jackson guy) and it was ok. Then on the walls and my eyes were instantly drawn to this golden-yellow matte finish bass. I took it off the hanger...hmmm Warwick. I was never a big fan of their body shapes and I guess too ignorant to give them a chance for their sound quality. Well at least I found this Streamer body kind of cool. Well I plugged it in a MarkBass combo amp and BOOM. I was exposed to a sonic blast. I couldn't stop playing this thing. It's like addicting video game. So playable I was shocked. First of all how in the world is this 34" scale bass capable of that super tight and punchy low B string ? How? Pickups are full of character. Than I took a pic of this bass and realized how much more prettier and more golden yellow it looked in a pic. I knew it would pop on stage. Don't get wrong Black Nirvana and Burgundy Red are beautiful but this Honey Violin would have the most visual POP on stage under the lights because it becomes even more yellow and golden, shiny. So now I am liking the sound and the finish and than I find out about all these super cool features, Adjust a Nut III, 3D bridge, easy access thrust rod and electronics compartment....I mean I was sold. I didn't buy it there. They were still selling it for 674$ which was the old price I guess. I ordered brand new from Sam Ash website for 399$ plus shipping. Came here in record timing. Like 48 hrs. Boxed safely. Bass was set up PERFECTLY ! Super high quality of wood and hardware used. Built quality is superb. You can pull quite a few different tones out of this bass. Both pickups sound great solo or together. Tone control does a good job of brightening the whole sound up or taking the highs down, it's like quick access EQ. I love that this bass comes with a manual. Best bass I have played by far. And I played so many.
