Real Les Paul Styling in a Ukulele!

The ukulele has long been a favorite instrument of guitar players and singers alike, whether it's traditional Hawaiian musicians or rockers like Tom Petty, Eddie Vedder and George Harrison. Long known for its history of making great Les Paul guitars, Epiphone expands upon that knowledge and experience with the Les Paul Acoustic/Electric Ukulele Outfit.

Like a traditional Les Paul Standard, the Epiphone Les Paul Ukulele features a solid mahogany body combined with a AAA grade flame maple top for great tone and great looks. The mahogany neck features a comfortable “D”-profile shape and is bolted onto the body with four-recessed screws for rock-solid stability. The rosewood fingerboard features a concert length 15" scale with 19 silver nickel frets and a 16" fingerboard radius.

Unplugged, this Les Paul Uke has great natural acoustic tone and volume. But plug it in and it really comes alive. Equipped with a high-quality, piezo film pickup located under the saddle, both the natural tone of the strings as well as the sound of   and the body are accurately captured and routed to its durable all-metal, rim-mounted 1/4" output jack.  Plug it into a PA System or amplifier and it sounds great! And loud too!

For accurate tuning stability, the Epiphone Les Paul Ukulele features 14:1 geared machine heads. Unlike traditional "friction" tuners, these tuners have fine-tuning capability and won't slip. The Epiphone Les Paul Ukulele even comes with premium black nylon strings as well as a gigbag with accessory pocket for easy and safe transportation. Top it all off with a classic LP pickguard that not only looks cool but protects the beautiful flame Maple top as well and you've got a real Les Paul ukulele at an affordable price.

Quite the little beauty

I got the Heritage Cherry Sunburst. It's a really nice looking uke, well once you remove the hideous pick guard. The finish was perfect. I like the look of the black strings, but they do feel cheap. Tuners could be better. Gig bag could use shoulder strap. Acoustically not much volume and sounds toyish, but plugged in sounds great. Highly recommend if you want a great looking uke that you plan on playing with an amp.

Akron, OH

Best with Amp

We have had it for a year. Sturdy, change string as soon as possible, acoustic sound is tingy not that great, but you can learn how to play a uke and have a fun. This thing excels when you plug it in t an amp, lower the treble and just jam. It is actually a blast when plugged in. We just bought a nicer acoustic Uke, but this still has its place in you home when jamming. Actual score is 3.8 not a three. I would buy it again

what a wonderful instrument

I have been looking for a bout four to five months at getting a ukelele I 've tried several but was'nt happy the way they sounded or looked until i tried the Les Paul Epiphone Ukulele. What a guaility product. A little different shape then a normal uke but what a great sound especially when plugged into a small amp. I will tell you to ghange the stings to better ones to get a great sound. All in all played great right out of the box. I am very happy with the product as well as the personal who helped me at Sam Ash. They do no there products and will spend the time to make sure you are happy with what you want. I drove two hours to this store to see the uke and try it before i purchased it.

enjoy all music

Hawley. PA.

This is an awesome Ukelele

I am a musician that has been playing instruments all my life. When I came across this Ukulele I fell in love immediately.I loved the design it looks just like a LP.The only difference is that it is a different instrument and it is hollowed out.The only flaw is that it gets out of tune very easily. So make sure you tune it before you perform at a concert.
