I would purchase again

Pretty good speaker, the sounds I was getting at first from my effects pedal was just ok. But then I downloaded some impulse responses and that sounded great through this speaker. And it gets plenty loud enough! I would recommend especially on a budget

I use this with my headrush pedalboard. I also just use it for monitors for playing music and singing through. very loud and solid for it's size. a sweet, compact, lightweight powerhouse.

Solid bang for your buck. Mileage may vary

Solid value for a solid sounding powered speaker. I wish it had a light on the front to tell if it's or not, and an aux in of some kind. A few other features that most powered speakers have would be nice too, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Perfect for use with my Fly Rig or any other amp modeler!

I use my Tech 21 Fly Rig direct to the PA for my live sound but needed a consistent and realistic sounding monitor. The Headrush FRFR-108 is perfect for that. Unlike many PA speakers, it does not impart any EQ curve or microphone preamp on the sound of my Fly Rig. With plenty of power to spare, it has made a huge difference on how I hear my tones at live venues. I'm no longer dependent on the sound guy to get my sound right in the monitor mix. It's also great for practice purposes as is excellent at low volumes as well. Lightweight, easy to transport, rugged and reliable.
