The Samson Expedition XP300 is an ultra portable 300 Watt stereo portable PA system that includes a powered mixer and two 6" passive speakers. The systems compact size is ideal for intimate performances, it offers Bluetooth wireless streaming for playing loud high definition music at parties, and its innovative locking design lets you carry it with one hand.

With 300 Watts of lightweight Class D power, the XP300 can support audiences sizes of 70- 100 people. The included mixer offers two XLR inputs with EQ controls and you can select from 24 high quality digital effects to further refine your tone. Expedition PA Systems - Affordable and Awesome!

I previously bought the XP800 for my garage band setup and split duty with Karaoke (wife's living room). The XP800 is perfect for the loud live band level in the garage, but was overkill for Karaoke, plus I didn't like having to move the systems (with mics, stands, etc) back and forth, thus buying the XP300. It's perfect for Karaoke, with the right mix of power, sound, effects and features. Love it!

This product is reasonably powerful and nicely portable.

It is not yet clear to me how useful the two quarter inch stereo inputs will be for my purposes. I wish that I had received some more specific information about individual inputs instead of an emphasis on the total number of inputs.
